Who We Are

Our History

In 1976, eight women formed Findlay Service League (FSL) to become the leading organization that would initiate, organize, implement, support and participate in volunteer projects and services that enhance the quality of life in our community. Our members are dedicated, professional and well-educated women who expertly manage the many demands on their valuable time with a majority of them being employed outside the home. The training our members receive through their volunteer service with FSL enables them to become positive agents of change in the community within their businesses, schools, and/or other nonprofit work.

Our Mission

The purpose of FSL shall be to: Initiate and implement service projects to meet community needs. Support local 501(c)3 charities through volunteer service and financial contributions. Offer opportunities to members to develop effective volunteer and leadership skills.
